Home Clean Heroes launched in Spring 2017 in Virginia Beach, VA as part of the Buzz Franchise Brands franchise family. At Buzz Franchise Brands, our focus is on being the best provider of quality services to the home while enabling people to realize their dreams of business ownership. Founded in 2012, the company has a great track record for developing brands that get people talking, and it is the passion, strategy, and expertise that drives our work for each new brand we launch.

Home Clean Heroes was the third brand to launch in the Buzz Franchise Brands portfolio. While you've likely heard of other residential cleaning brands, we recognized a clear need for some house cleaning of the industry, pun intended, which has become dull and seemingly ignored in recent times. We wanted to start a residential cleaning brand without using the tired and dated maid service concept, but instead bring fresh ideas to the cleaning industry. Home Clean Heroes is excited to provide that solution for busy homeowners dying for more time to spend with friends and family rather than on undesirable household chores. In just our first year of operation, we have saved hundreds of households from cleaning and we look forward to growing that number exponentially as we expand this cleaning service franchise across the country!

Training & Support

Being a hero takes more than picking up a broom and putting on your cape. Before you launch your own Home Clean Heroes franchise, you'll be fully immersed in a two-week training course at our corporate headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During training, you'll learn the business front to back — and every dust bunny in between.

We are committed to the success of our franchise partners and provide ongoing and continuing support to help you achieve your goals with a proven toolkit for success. Support opportunities include:

• Field Support: With regular visits from our Operations team, we work with you to help you optimize your business, and drive your bottom line, regardless of where you are in the ownership cycle.
• Business Coaching: From budgets, hiring, training or any other operational issue, your business sidekick is there to ensure that you are successful and achieving your goals.
• Marketing Support: With turn-key programs for customer acquisition, retention and a full suite of digital solutions, all you need to worry about is getting into your local community and servicing your customers.
• Call Center Support: For the times when you aren't able to get to the phone, we'll make sure that no call goes unanswered. Our national call center is ready to take those calls 24/7 to offer a friendly voice on the other end of the line and make sure you aren't losing a potential customer when you can't get to the phone.
• Hero Convention: You'll network with your fellow Heroes each year at our annual franchisee convention, where collaboration and best-in-class practice sharing is at the top of the agenda.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

We're looking for entrepreneurs to partner with who share our passion for making life easier for our customers. Our ideal franchisee wants to take control of their future by building a business with a recurring revenue model, supported by a corporate office with superior skills in all aspects of the business — marketing, operations, staffing, and training. You don't need to have any prior experience running a franchise business or in cleaning to be successful as a Hero, because we'll provide you with in-depth training and onboarding that teaches you the Home Clean Heroes way of cleaning and how to be a successful business owner.

Purchasing a Home Clean Heroes Franchise

Our franchise fee is low compared to other franchising businesses in the industry. Though your actual costs may vary depending on the territory you service, the estimated initial investment for purchasing a franchise ranges from $83,295 to $132,588, which includes our standard initial franchise fee of $30,000. Discounted fees are available to veterans through our partnership with VetFran, and to current or former full-time law enforcement officials or firefighters through our Community Heroes program.
